Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and business development efforts in the Cable Tray, Raceway, and Solar Structure segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial product marketing and business development, particularly within the structural steel or manufacturing sector.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing new market opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.
We offer attractive hikes over current/previous compensation packages. Candidates with experience in cable sales will be considered favorably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans to drive growth in assigned product segments.
- Identify and engage with prospective clients through effective outreach, networking, and industry connections.
- Lead and manage end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
- Promote company products by understanding customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to build brand visibility and connect with potential customers.
- Work closely with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong background in Cable Tray, Raceway, Solar Structure, or Structural Steel products.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in cable sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar sales platforms is preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
