Project Coordinator

Location: Ghaziabad
Company: Ajay Industrial Corporation Ltd.
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee stage-wise production operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow across the manufacturing plant.
• Take regular work-status updates from supervisors and ensure alignment with production plans and timelines.
• Work closely with production, planning, quality, stores, and maintenance teams to ensure effective inter-departmental coordination.
• Monitor daily production schedules, work orders, and material movement to achieve timely production targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production data, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly production updates and MIS reports with management and relevant departments.
• Support the production team in ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Provide technical assistance using mechanical knowledge to resolve day-to-day production and process-related issues.
• Assist supervisors with routine plant activities, manpower coordination, and task execution.
• Identify production bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Hands-on experience in steel / sheet metal manufacturing processes.

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
