Salary: 3,60,000 LPA – 6,00,000 LPA
Location: Ghaziabad

Working days: 6 Days

Job Briefs

We are currently hiring a Marketing/Merchandiser Managerwho will be responsible for driving a merchandising/marketing strategy that ensures profitability while building a long-term collaboration with brand partners, merchants, buyers, and suppliers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Sampling, costing and other related sourcing activities.
• Customer/Distributor development in International market.
• Production planning and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Conduct market visit /research and surveys to understand and specify requirements for target markets
• Ability in managing complete order processing from negotiating prices, to getting samples made, to receiving the purchase orders, putting them in process, following up and getting delivery done.
• Coordinate effectively between vendors and in-house teams.

 Skills Required

• Min 2-3 years of work experience in Sales & Marketing, Merchandising, Sampling, Product Development of Innerwear/Casualwear/Formal wear/Garment Industry Category specifically.
• Knowledge of Merchandising, Sampling, Costing and Lead Generation.
• Connects and sources for procurement of accessories and final product.
• Relevant academic background to meet the assigned role responsibility.
