Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Supervisor to oversee the packaging operations at Ajay Industrial Corporation Limited. The ideal candidate should have a Mechanical Diploma with relevant QC and manufacturing experience, preferably in sheet metal or steel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily packaging operations to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Monitor packaging quality and conduct QC checks to maintain product standards.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing guidelines, safety standards, and company protocols.
• Coordinate with the production team for smooth workflow and packaging requirements.
• Optimize packaging processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and minimum wastage.
• Train, guide, and supervise the packaging staff.
• Maintain records and reports related to packaging, QC, and production output.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Proven experience in packaging supervision within a manufacturing setup.
• Hands-on experience in quality control processes.
• Prior exposure to sheet metal/steel industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of packaging machinery, tools, and techniques.
• Good leadership, team-handling, and communication skills.
